Job Description:
We are looking for a Full-time Store Manager for our Kenora location. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store performed by both the sales and Repairs. It is their responsibility to ensure the store operates smoothly and effectively, and work towards exceeding sales targets provided by the District Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and enforce the Planogram of store front layout
- Manage the tills, cash, bank deposits, and withdrawals for the location
- Performing opening and closing procedures
- Enforce and be accountable for inventory counts
- Work with Upper Management to Reconcile the following on a periodic basis: purchase orders, estimates, transfer orders, invoices, etc.
- Hit Key Metrics with bonus for the Store Each month. Promote and motivate store staff to achieve monthly store sales targets
- Enforce duties of the sales lead and repair lead. Provide feedback to staff in order to help them achieve their targets and become better salespeople/technicians
- Keep store stocked with essentials such as garbage bags, toilet paper etc.
- Keep store clean and tidy
- Enforce Health and safety
- Scheduling all staff at the store within the allocated labor budget
- Receive inventory transfers and Purchase orders on a timely basis
- Handle all escalated customer service issues
- Complete performance reviews for all direct reports/store staff on a monthly basis
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Engage in monthly performance reviews with the district Manager
