Position: Lead Cabinet Sprayer
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Role Overview: We’re looking for a Lead Cabinet Sprayer for field work who is not only adept at applying finishes to the highest standard but also capable of inspiring and training others to do the same. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our services meet the impeccable standards our clients expect and deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply painted and sprayed finishes to cabinets and other areas, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Lead and train a team of preppers & sprayers fostering a culture of continuous improvement while following our in house process.
- Develop and implement training programs for new techniques and safety protocols.
- Manage workflow to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain equipment and ensure supplies are delivered to site for each project.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cabinet sprayer with a portfolio of work.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of various finishing techniques and safety standards.
- Appropriate vehicle and driver’s license.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
