We are looking for a motivated prepper/painter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as necessary
- Apply caulk and seal cracks and joints to ensure a smooth and even surface
- Operate painting equipment such as spray guns
- Mix paints and match colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using appropriate techniques
- Restore surfaces by removing old paint or other coatings
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed during painting processes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in collision repair setting
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Familiarity with various painting techniques and tools, including hand tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
