Overview
We are seeking a skilled Contractor to join our team, responsible for overseeing and executing various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in multiple trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Fence and Deck Experience
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed for structural integrity.
- Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project bids and timelines.
- Execute carpentry work including framing, cabinet installation, and restoration projects.
- Apply caulking and perform construction painting to enhance the aesthetic quality of completed projects.
- Operate heavy equipment safely during site preparation and material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming, and finishing techniques.
- Strong background in carpentry, cabinet installation, restoration, caulking, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.54-$22.10 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
