Canuel Caterers has been a leader in corporate catering and feeding students for over 30 years and we have just signed a new contract with the Surrey School District to operate their cafeteria and catering at their main office. Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Position Outline:
- Working alongside the cafe Chef/Manager
- Preparing and serving breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday
- Cooking and prepping menu items and recipes following Canuel approved recipes and procedures
- Assisting with inventory Monthly
- Assisting with catering including board dinners, executive catering and meetings from 2ppl to 200
- Maintain Standards – Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen.
- Passion for crafting elevated dining experiences and experience with catering
- Hands-on work ethic and positive attitude.
