Fountain Tire Leduc is looking for a reliable, organized, and safety-focused Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Coordinator to manage our large tire inventory!

Primary responsibilities:
- Receive & Verify Shipments – Safely unload incoming tires, check against packing slips, and stage for storage.
- Organize the Yard & Warehouse – Assign locations and keep every tire easy to find, neat, and safe.
- Prepare Outbound Shipments – Get tires ready for delivery or pickup (no freight booking required).
- Assist Sales & Service Teams – Pull tires for jobs and load customer vehicles — often on short notice.
- Operate a Forklift – Safely move tires into their assigned spots (company-paid certification provided)
What are we looking for?
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced shop.
- Positive attitude & ability to work independently.
- Previous warehouse/shipping/receiving experience an asset (tire experience not required).
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy tires.
