We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the shipping & receiving process, ensuring that all shipments are accurately processed and recorded. This position requires an understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy in documentation for both incoming and outgoing freight.
- Verify shipment documentation and handle customs and steamship releases in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintained accurate inventory records and regularly updated logistics-related fees.
- Utilize logistics and data entry platforms to track shipments and update records with precision.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, shipping agents, and internal departments to coordinate logistics and resolve shipment discrepancies.
- Prioritize daily operational demands and ensured timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
