CNRL – Service Writer - Fly-In / Fly-Out

The rotation for this position is 7 days on / 7 days off

Knowledge & Skills Required
- Must be organized and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 – 5 years related experience desired
- Analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient with computer equipment, detailed accuracy
- Health & Safety Knowledge – OH&S rules and regulations guidelines
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Morning and afternoon physical yard check. List and count units in yard
· Create work orders for units in yard
· Run service desk, communicate with walk in repairs, make WO, communicate with the Lead on shift to delegate repairs
· Receive and reply to emails / phone calls.
· Data entry and close work orders
· Schedule our appointments on planner
· Notify customers for pick up units once repairs are completed
· Schedule windshield appointments and notify departments when to drop off.
· Schedule appointments with crane inspection vendor.
· Book off-site appointments for repairs at dealers (wheel alignments, warranty repairs)
· Shuttling units around site if required
· List and monitor units off site at vendors under repair
· Communicate with tow truck operators about pending work
· Compose cross over notes to send to cross shifts
· Assist parts Technicians
