## Duties
- Supervise service delivery to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage service schedules and appointments
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service processes
- Handle administrative tasks related to service coordination i.e. calling customers and answer the phones and booking appointments

- Ordering, organizing and pick up of parts

- Strong computer skills
- Proficient time management
- Excellent administrative skills
-Valid drivers license
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role
