SCOPE OF THE JOB As the Service Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting your Service Centre team with various day-to-day responsibilities. Your assistance will be required by the Service and Parts Teams to perform various functions, relating to the support of vehicle servicing and customer handling.Interested in growing your career within electric mobility? Your responsibilities will include: RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Courteously greet customers in Sales, Service, and Delivery, exemplifying VinFast’s customer-first philosophy
Support Service Department in performing daily tasks
Deliver vehicles between production, service and sales operations
Support Parts Team with daily tasks such as, but not limited to, receiving parts, stocking shelves, and parts delivery
Increase general productivity of the service center by supporting Advisors, Technicians, Parts
Stage vehicles as needed
Wash vehicles as needed
Oversee lot organization and clean-up
Other administrative and support functions as needed
Provide customer convenience via vehicle pick up and delivery services
Clean shop and perform miscellaneous tasks as required
Other related duties as required WHAT YOU BRING High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience
Luxury experience, Electric Vehicle industry experience, start-up experience preferred but not required
A capacity to creatively solve problems and think quickly in a busy, fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
A passion for customer service, and for the Electric Vehicle industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ability to learn other systems as required
Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract/record
