About the Role
You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and ensuring a smooth service experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, establish rapport, and document concerns by asking probing questions
- Explain appointment and scheduling processes; confirm payment methods (cash, credit, etc.)
- Communicate estimates and obtain approvals before work begins
- Maintain constant communication with technicians to relay findings and timelines
- Recommend additional maintenance/repairs when appropriate
- Manage your time and workflow independently to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Qualifications
- Service Advisor experience is an asset (will train the right candidate)
- Minimum 1 year in customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills; professional, customer-first attitude
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
- English fluency
