Full Throttle Power Sports in located in Dartmouth Crossing in a state of the art building serving all of HRM and surrounding areas. We carry the full BRP line up of Can Am ATV & Side by Sides, Can Am Spyder, Origin & Pulse Motorcycles, Ski Doo Snowmobiles and Sea Doo Personal Watercraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs for motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, personal watercraft , snowmobiles, and other Powersports vehicles.
- Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, write repair orders, and communicate customer concerns to the service team clearly and accurately.
- Recommendations: Provide expert advice on necessary repairs, maintenance, and accessory installations, ensuring customers understand their options.
- Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, estimated costs, and timelines for completion.
- Upselling: Promote additional services and maintenance plans that enhance vehicle performance and longevity.
- Problem Solving: Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and service histories.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with technicians, parts specialists, and sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Powersports Enthusiast: Knowledge of and enthusiasm for motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, Snowmobiles, Personal Watercraft and other Powersports vehicles.
- Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Service Experience: Prior experience in a service advisor role, preferably in Powersports, automotive, or related industries, is a plus.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Problem-Solver: A proactive attitude and ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with scheduling software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit and willingness to assist in other areas when needed.
