Edmonton Kubota is a locally owned dealership experiencing significant growth in both the construction and agricultural industries. Backed by reputable OEM's producing quality products, Edmonton Kubota sells and services a broad product offering including mowers, tractors ranging from 18HP to 200HP, hay tools, side by side's, skid steers, compact track loaders, mini excavators and wheel loaders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer service requests with the Service Manager for scheduling in the shop/field
- Managing service appointments, organizing shop workload, and optimizing efficiency
- Clearly explaining recommended repairs, associated costs, and potential changes to customers
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services or products that align with the customer's needs
- Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and finding solutions to the customer's problems
- Prepare consistent, clear and timely work orders, both for internal and customer purposes
- Follow up with customers to complete outstanding OEM campaigns
- Submission and follow-up of warranty claims with OEM's
- Various other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service skills including building and maintaining customer relationships and taking care of any customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Minimum of 3 years of like experience

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
