- Full-Time/Part-Time | Weekends Required | Evening Shifts
5. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and engaging manner
- Provide in-depth knowledge of menu items, including Indian fusion specialties and cocktails
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver efficiently
- Upsell daily specials and drink pairings
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and responsive service
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
- Maintain clean dining areas and adhere to safety standards
6. Requirements & Certifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting (1+ year preferred)
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Food Handler Certification (required)
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, multitasking, and sales skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; Punjabi or Hindi is a plus
