Responsibilities

• Serve (possibly prepare at times) alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and serve food to customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server area, including rolling cutlery and napkins
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Be a team player, assisting when needed and coordinating duties with other FOH staff
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• MUST have open availability to pick up shifts from 11am-11pm Sunday through Saturday

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for guests.
• Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety standards are met.
• Accurate cash handling and transaction management is required
• Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and change accurately.
• A helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers alike.
