Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Portly Piper. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation as a top destination for sports entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverage options.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
