We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and taking drink orders.
- Accurately take food orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order management is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while contributing positively to the overall atmosphere.
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and basic food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
