Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system for order processing.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with food handling safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the kitchen and food service.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
