JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of individual, cross-functional projects that support D2L’s strategic objectives 

This role emphasizes project-level execution, ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery, and collaboration with Program Managers on complex programs. 

Passionate about change, the Senior Project Manager is experienced in change management practices and serves as a change champion within the organization. 

This Senior Project Manager will leverage AI and automation enhance project outcomes and efficiency. 

The Senior Project Manager demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences. They excel in stakeholder management, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders from individual contributors to business owners.

The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.

Base Salary Range$82,500$115,000 CAD
