We're looking for a talented cook to join our team for the summer Golf season!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with kitchen tasks such as ingredient preparation, cleaning, and organization
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Contribute to menu planning and development as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is required
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
