Location: UNISUS School, Summerland, BC
Position Type: Casual (Potential for Permanent Part-Time)
UNISUS School is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Casual Bus Driver to join our team. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to transition to a permanent part-time role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from school, events, and extracurricular activities.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment.
- Follow all traffic laws and school transportation guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
Qualifications:
- Valid BC Class 2 driver's license with air brake endorsement.
- Clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a school bus driver or in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
