What you’ll do
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - UX Researcher
Location: Montreal
Expected start date to end date: September 2025 - March 2026
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand the needs, motivations, and workflows of a wide range of users
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that directly inform product strategy, design decisions, and the overall user experience
- Create impactful deliverables to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Partner closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and other teams to understand business objectives, align on research goals, and integrate user insights throughout the entire product development lifecycle
- Help foster a culture where every decision is informed by a deep understanding of users and their real problems, promoting the value of research across the organization
- Stay up to date with the latest UX research methodologies, tools, and industry trends, including those related to AI, to continuously improve research practices and contribute to the growth of our research capabilities
What you bring
- Pursing Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Computer Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Information Science, or a related discipline).
- Knowledge and/or experience in conducting UX research such as user interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, A/B testing, diary studies, and unmoderated testing.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and synthesize research in a structured and rigorous way
- A strong team player who enjoys working in international cross-functional product teams =
- Critical thinking ability to frame research questions that address key product challenges and resolve ambiguous problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in enterprise or B2B software is a significant plus
