Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for improving sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
