Job Responsibilities
- Opening & Closing tasks
- Process payment through POS
- Administration tasks- responding to emails, booking appointments, answering the phone
- Maximizing sales by booking appointment times accordingly
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via email/phone
- Responsible for providing a high standard of customer service
- Responsible for end-of-day procedures to ensure the till is balanced
- Inventory
- Take on barista responsibilities such as taking orders, preparing beverages and assist in bar restock
Education
- Secondary school education
Skills
- Basic computer skills- experience with FRESHA / SHEDUL is an asset
- Basic social media knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Multi-tasking and time management
- Ability to handle cash
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Self motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
