We're looking for a Full-Time Salon Manager who’s ready to take the reins, support an amazing team, and help us shine even brighter. If you’ve got leadership skills, a love for beauty culture, and know your way around social media trends and client care like a pro—we need to chat.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing daily salon operations with style and grace
— Being the go-to person for our stylists and clients alike
— Scheduling, organizing, and keeping the salon running smoothly
— Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring our dream team
— Keeping us stocked on all the must-have products
— Ensuring every guest leaves feeling like their best self
— Collaborating with ownership on ideas, promotions & goals
— Keeping our vibe high, inclusive, and professional
You Are:
— Passionate about beauty, fashion, and all things glam
— A natural leader who’s organized, upbeat, and people-focused
— Familiar with salon life or retail/service industry management (bonus if you’ve worked in beauty!)
— Social media-savvy or at least down to brainstorm Insta-worthy ideas
— Looking for more than “just a job”—you want a career in salon management
— Ready for a full-time role

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
