About the Role:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to be the face of our clean energy solutions in a high-traffic retail environment. You’ll educate customers on the benefits of solar power, generate leads, and help homeowners take the first step toward energy independence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with retail customers in a friendly, confident manner
- Clearly communicate the benefits of solar energy and our services
- Qualify and generate leads for in-home consultations
- Maintain a strong presence and professional appearance at the booth/display
- Track interactions and report results daily

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for renewable energy and helping people
- Outgoing personality with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Available to work weekends and peak retail hours
- Reliable transportation to/from the assigned retail location
