Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the College programs through various channels (phone, email, virtual or in-person consultations).
- Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct student needs assessments and provide accurate information about programs, admissions, and enrollment processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach strategies to boost student enrollment.
- Represent the College at recruitment fairs, webinars, school visits, and community events.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction throughout the student journey.
- Coordinate with the other organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or a related sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with international students is an asset.
