Role Overview:
We are seeking a strong, assertive, and highly experienced Sales person to drive sales of luxury interior design products. This individual will cultivate relationships, generate new business, and close high-value projects across our portfolio. Products range from bespoke kitchens and millwork to furniture, lighting, surfaces, and select premium appliances and finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives for luxury interior products across retail, hospitality, and private projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, interior designers, builders, and real estate professionals.
- Provide expert guidance on bespoke design solutions, materials, and finishes.
- Collaborate with the in-house design team to ensure seamless client experiences from conception to delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage sales pipelines to exceed revenue targets.
- Represent the brand with the highest level of professionalism and luxury service standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum five years) in luxury interior design product sales, preferably within a high-luxury brand or in an interior architecture/design studio with strong industry contacts.
- Strong network within the architecture, design, builder, and real estate communities is essential.
- Experience selling bespoke kitchens, millwork, furniture, lighting, bathroom fixtures, solid surfaces, and other luxury interior design products.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, assertive, and capable of working independently in a results-driven environment.
- Passion for luxury interiors, refined design, and delivering unmatched client experiences.
