This is a vital support role where you’ll assist with sales operations and ensure seamless order processing to help achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, but this is not a sales position—you won’t be expected to sell. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing order entry and providing outstanding customer service.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and offering after-sales support.
- Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitoring shipment schedules and expediting orders when necessary to meet delivery deadlines.
- Assisting with inventory management, fulfilling orders, and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
- Maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to a dynamic work environment.
- Occasionally lifting items up to 50 lbs as needed.
