Position Summary:
- Greet visitors and respond to general inquiries with a welcoming attitude which includes responding to incoming emails and calls
- Process sales transactions and balance cash at the end of shift
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Tour the galleries and monitor activity
- Set up displays, restock merchandise
- Must be available to work Tuesday and/or Thursday mornings
- The list of functions listed above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks which may be performed by the employee
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
- Bilingualism required
- Works well under pressure
- Affinity for working with the public
- Experience working in museum setting or retail an asset
Location:
This position is located in Montreal, Quebec and the work for this position is expected to be performed in Quebec.
Knowledge of French and English:
