We are currently hiring a Sales and Customer Support Trainee to join our team and help our clients achieve growth results with personalized customer service and sales experiences that generate brand recognition and long-term satisfaction. In the Sales and Customer Support Trainee role, you’ll gain expertise in consulting, sales, customer service, and leadership. As A Sales and Customer Support Trainee, You Will Be Responsible To:
- Help customers understand our clients’ products and services in a clear, engaging way
- Build trust and long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Guide qualified customers through the sales process with proven professional and service tactics
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Support team members to meet shared sales goals and support daily operations
- Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
- Handle customer questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve service and product offerings
- Represent client brands with integrity and consistency across every interaction
Qualifications of the Sales and Customer Support Trainee:
- 1+ year of customer service or sales experience (preferred)
- Natural relationship-builder
- Motivated, coachable, and team-focused
- Interested in developing leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tenacious and dedicated to reinforcing the core values of unbelievable customer support
