Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Retail counter sales
Qualifications
- Some proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.70-$24.19 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
