What You’ll Do:
- Act as the second point of contact for client fulfillment via phone or text
- Provide accurate information and provide basic client support in a timely, professional manner
- Manage client records and update internal systems with accuracy
- Assist in organizing documents, reports, and forms on our CRM (Monday.com)
- Follow up on tasks, and keep daily operations running smoothly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure top-notch client experience
- Maintain a calm, solution-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other general administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ year of experience in customer service, admin, or office support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using email, and client management systems ( CRM)
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Friendly and patient with clients
