Qualifications:
- Certificate of Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
- Current CPR
- Recent physical assessment and pharmacology courses
- Demonstrated knowledge of concurrent disorders
- Must have 1 to 2 years experience in mental health and addictions
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to administer CIWA and COWS assessments
- Demonstrated knowledge of community agencies and pharmacies including Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre
- Current training in administering Suboxone
- Demonstrated experience working within a collaborative practice model of care
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
