We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in managing inventory, including heavy lifting of products as needed.
- Support sales efforts by communicating product features effectively and engaging in upselling techniques.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and operational excellence.
- Utilize math skills for pricing, calculations, and inventory management.
- Drive commercial vehicles as required for deliveries or pickups while adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in sales or retail environments is a plus, particularly with upselling strategies.
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory management tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- A valid commercial driver's license may be required depending on specific job responsibilities.
