Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategies that drive business development.
- Perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the B2B sales landscape.
- Leverage Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about technology sales trends and advancements to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2C environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Proficient in Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory.
