Position Overview
IPH is seeking a dedicated and skilled Revit/BIM Modeler to join our Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating detailed mechanical models from scratch and enhancing existing models to a Level of Development (LOD) 400 standard. This role requires close coordination with engineers, consultants, internal trades, and other designers to ensure seamless integration, execution of mechanical systems, and delivery of innovative designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and accurate 3D mechanical models using Revit, either by creating new models or further refining existing models to higher accuracy and detail.
- Work closely with engineers, consultants, internal trades, and fellow designers to gather project requirements and ensure accurate representation of mechanical systems.
- Create layout drawings to support the field project team.
- Generate fabrication drawings from 3D models for prefabrication.
- Participate in and lead model reviews.
- Complete 3D scans and integrate point clouds into Revit models.
- Collaborate with the project team, including project managers and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months’ experience with Revit.
- AutoCAD experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems (plumbing, ductwork, fire protection) is preferred.
- Proficiency with Revizto, including the ability to run clash detection, is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve design and modeling challenges efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
