WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a Retail Sales Associate / Product Expert / Sales Professional in Training, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Becoming a Product Expert: Learn the ins and outs of our products and services so you can confidently provide tailored solutions to our customers.
- Customer Service Excellence: Be the company’s ambassador for exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and care—whether in-person, on the phone, via email, or chat.
- Problem Solving: Help customers with concerns, making sure each issue is addressed swiftly and satisfactorily.
- Track & Prioritize Issues: Log customer inquiries and concerns, prioritize them based on urgency, and work towards prompt resolutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to improve efficiency, share best practices, and maintain open communication.
- Contribute to Marketing: When possible, assist in our social media and marketing initiatives to promote the brand.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Fluent in English (French a Plus): While English fluency is required, French-speaking candidates are welcome.

- Customer-First & Positive: You’re customer-focused, maintain a growth mindset, and are ready to evolve alongside the business.

- Tech-Savvy & Product Knowledge Enthusiast: You’ll quickly become familiar with new systems and products, always staying on top of industry trends.
- Attention to Detail: You are thorough in your work and committed to providing a personalized experience for each customer.
- Strong Follow-Up Skills: You’re diligent in following up, ensuring every client feels valued and well-served.
