- Respond to customer requests & queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, using digital and print, etc.
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
- Maintain expense records and spreadsheets, filing and general administration
- Maintain the orders into the system and customer portal with up to date information.
- Accountable to support established store sales, expense targets and customer service metrics by implementing strategies with impact to store payroll, store budgets, loss prevention and improving customer service.
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and KPIs.
- Coordinate couriers and mailings for customers or prospects.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and duties.
