We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front House Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. As a Front House Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness while fostering a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and support server staff, including cooks and food handlers, to maintain food quality and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members to promote growth and improvement.

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in food handling practices and knowledge of health regulations.
- Experience in interviewing and supervising staff within the food service industry.

- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management is preferred but not required.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
