Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional hospitality and maintain high morale.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members while providing ongoing training and development.
- Supervise staff performance, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills.
- Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in food preparation is advantageous but not mandatory.
