Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service.
- Lead bar operations, including making cocktails, pouring wine/beer, and maintaining inventory.
- Ensure smooth daily operations on the floor and at the bar.
- Provide excellent guest service and handle concerns with professionalism.
- Train, motivate, and support staff to uphold Gusto Caledon’s service standards.
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and daily reporting. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all health standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum years in hospitality with leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong bartending skills and cocktail knowledge.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
