We're looking for a passionate, driven leader to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-first environment and brings energy, professionalism, and heart to everything they do.

Support the General Manager in daily operations and lead by example to ensure exceptional food, beverage, service, and cleanliness standards. You’ll play a key role in upholding our high standards and warm hospitality.

Ruth’s Chris began in New Orleans in 1965 when Ruth Fertel, a determined single mother, bought a steak house and turned it into a legendary brand built on work ethic and southern hospitality. Our Alberta locations are locally owned and operated by four long-time fans of the brand, committed to delivering the best steak house experience, every time.
