- Summary:
Looking for Respite contractor to provide support for 72 hours per month. You will be providing supports to a senior male individual in your own home. Supports would include recreational and community activities (puzzles, coffee, bingo) and some cuing around personal care.
- Qualifications:
Diploma in Rehabilitation and/or related education (preferred).
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.
A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required.
Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.
Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required.
Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.
- Salary: $237 / 24 hours
