Job Overview
As a Resort Front Desk Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests. From check-in to check-out, your role is to ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed, and cared for. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a warm personality.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently using resort systems.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries regarding bookings, resort services, and local attractions.
Provide accurate information about resort facilities, amenities, and policies.
Assist with guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an asset (front desk, hotel, resort, or related).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer skills; experience with reservation software is a plus.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality training or certification is an advantage.
