Paramount Transportation Systems is in search of an experienced Relocation Coordinator to manage the movement of household goods - door to door. The ideal candidate for this position will come with a minimum of 2 years experience in the relocation industry and will be a skilled multi-tasker, who has strong proactive communication skills and is reliable and committed to meet aggressive timelines.

The Relocation Coordinator must be proficient in computers and Microsoft office applications. The individual will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, which cover both operations and customer service functions as listed below:

Duties and Job Responsibilities:

· Provide customer service to our agents and customers (the coordinator will be expected to communicate by both email and phone)

· Arrange appointments with customers.

· Prepare and submit documents required throughout the move.

· Update the CRM system regularly with details of the move.

· Determine best logistical methods to move shipments door to door and price the job accordingly.

· Prepare and send quotes to agents and customers

· Book necessary equipment and resources to ensure services are executed in a timely manner.

· Give regular updates to agents in regards to the status of shipment.

· Track shipments towards completion and delivery.

· Manage files and manage documents in the CRM system.

· Enter accruals and issue invoices to an agent or customer.

· Issue insurance certificates if required.

· Ensure all services meet or exceed customer and agent expectations.

· Audit files to ensure all services were conducted within the acceptable timelines.

· Other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years HHG Moving and Customer Service Experience

· Very strong organizational and time management skills.

· Strong communicator with an understanding of proactive communication!

· Able to provide Services to clients in a respectful, sensitive, and confidential manner

· Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Strong computer skills, analytical and mathematical skills

· Creative and thoughtful attention to detail

· Must be able to provide Criminal Record Check if asked

· Works well in a team environment.

· Very proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
