Michelberger Orthodontics (Richmond Hill location) is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator/Financial Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient-care centered individual to join our dedicated team providing outstanding orthodontic care to patients in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Dental Software Knowledge (Tracker) - Preferred
- Dental reception/administration experience
- Duties to include but are not limited to: providing outstanding patient service/care; emailing / telephone confirmation of appointments, collecting payments, administering treatment/payment financial contracts; accurately maintaining charts and patient records and dealing with patients in a professional, warm manner both in person, by email and over the phone.
- Must be available Mon 8am to 5pm( administrative day) Tues to Friday. Hours are as follows: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (7:45am - 5pm)
