THE TEAM

The mission of the Reigning Champ Product Department is to craft premium apparel with a focus on pinnacle materials, quality manufacturing, and an ethos of understated simplicity.

As the Manager, Production, Reigning Champ, you will deliver the highest quality product through your manufacturing knowledge and proactive and collaborative communications with cross-functional teams and vendors. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Production, Reigning Champ, you will:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
  • Establish the enduring point of view for Production at Reigning Champ
  • Develop the best possible quality product against defined standards, using industry leading practices
  • Secure the best possible production lead times without compromising quality
  • Secure the best possible production margins without compromising lead-time and quality
  • Ensure the high quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of all materials and finished goods once they are in production

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Production, Reigning Champ has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in garment construction and fit and the appetite to continuously develop oneself
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
