Overview
We are looking for someone to join our registry team! The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service abilities, strong clerical skills, and a willingness to learn and work as a team.
Duties
- Performing a variety of registry services, including all motor vehicle services, Alberta Health card services, vital statistics, corporate registries, land titles, passport photos, and more.
- Assist with customer service and support, addressing client needs promptly and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage filing systems to ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Answer phone inquiries
- Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before submission
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes
- Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to sensitive customer information
- Light cleaning of the office
Experience
- High school diploma required
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Experience in customer service roles is preferred
- Proficiency in typing and proofreading for accurate documentation
Hours will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2pm-6pm. Additional hours available to cover occasional holidays and time off.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
