Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Audio Visual sales initiatives across designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside technical sales, preferably in the field of AV, account management, and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to develop strategic relationships, and a passion for technology sales.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Foster strong relationships with key dealers, consultants and end users through account management and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with purchasing, marketing, customer care & technical support teams to win opportunities, establish, maintain and update a sales plan with clear and measurable objectives, a qualified pipeline and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and vendors to create campaigns that drive product awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize CRM software, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, specifiers and end users, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages. Negotiate Partner Programs and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to expand the client base and business development within the region.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills
- Proven experience in a technical field, such as the audio visual industry, in outside sales, with a focus on B2B sales environments.
- Strong time management, communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in business development and account management practices.
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical (AV) products is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach to service.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and performance metrics.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Experience in upselling techniques within existing accounts is advantageous.

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
